1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CS Money Tracker ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the csmoney-tracker.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Eligibility

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Services and Subscription

4.1 Service Description

CS Money Tracker provides tools and analytics for tracking CS:GO skin prices on the CS Money marketplace and other platforms. Our services include real-time price tracking, historical price data, market trend analysis, custom price alerts, and other related features.

4.2 Free and Premium Services

CS Money Tracker offers both free and premium subscription services. Free services provide limited access to basic features, while premium subscriptions offer full access to all features. Details of the features included in each tier are available on our pricing page.

4.3 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refund eligibility and procedures.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Site Content

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions.

5.2 User License

6. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  7. Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
  8. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site
  9. Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
  10. Use the Site to submit or transmit spam, chain letters, contests, junk email, pyramid schemes, surveys, or other mass messaging
  11. Submit or transmit pornography or illegal content
  12. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  13. Violate the legal rights of others, including defaming, abusing, stalking, or threatening users

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

7.1 Price Data Accuracy

CS Money Tracker strives to provide accurate and up-to-date CS:GO skin price information. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any market data, prices, or other information available on the Site. Price data may be delayed, incorrect, or based on imperfect information from third-party sources.

7.2 Not Financial Advice

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY:

  1. ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS
  2. PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE

  5. ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY
  6. ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SITE

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OR $100.00 USD.

9. Third-Party Links

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site, or contact us requesting account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. CS Money Tracker and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to Terms or the relationship established by this Agreement to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts. CS Money Tracker shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the state of your principal place of business.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Site.
